Got up at 7:30, Felt tired, didn't do much work
- 1h 20m Jaynes probability, Read most of the "Queer uses for probability theory" chapter. Had Bayesian methods hammered into my brain with more examples.
- 1h Reading AIMA, Learned the basics of Bayes nets. Bayes nets are a minimal representation of the joint distribution table, meaning it's impossible to fill them out in a way leading to contradictions!
- 3h 30m Programming in C, wrote a basis lisp tokenizer and parser, I understand the problems with C modules and
#include
now.
How I'll do better:
- Take 5m break every 25m, would have made my programming much more productive since I was stuck on silly problems for too long.
- Wake up early. I'm going to set my alarm to 6am from now on
