- Exercised, pain ceases to be suffering when you accept it and stop focusing on it.
- Meditated, I'm getting better I think; and learning general life lessons like "positive reinforcement is better than punishment" (I'm too hard on myself) and generally learning lessons about training my unconscious.
- 2h Finished editing a document my friend needs
- 2.5h ML Theory, Gaussian integrals and tensor calculus. Mostly tensor calculus practice deriving the moments for a multivariate normal.
- 1h Finish adding taglines to old journal entries
Feeling slugish when I wake up is weird, I think this is caused by eating too much for dinner (omad) and not having time to digest / digesting while sleeping. Gonna move my eating an hour or two earlier, and eat less.
Will also get up earlier (7-7:30); it's possible I'm oversleeping.
Tomorrow our plane leaves for Italy, will invest significant time in practicing my Italian. Aim to finish the Michel Thomas audiobooks, think in Italian, and talk with relatives a lot.
Stayed up till 11pm watching The Bourne Identity. Waste, should have been reading. Reading is more satisfying and fun in the long run.
