Stayed in the house most of the day, managed to meditate and plank in the morning, will start running soon. It's hot out and I don't know the area, that's no excuse though! I'll probably feel less caged-in afterwards as well.
Went swimming at a lake, decided I want to become more fit. Visited friends. Talked with Ale a lot about studying and books. She lent me her favorite book: "Manuale del guerriero della luce" (manual for the warriors of the light). Will read it, great Italian practice and productive!
Had trouble navigating when a phone died and refused to charge. This makes me want to memorize maps of areas I live, this reliance on Google Maps is unhealthy. Imagine taking someone out and getting lost without Google Maps! would be so embarrassing.
Had dinner with relatives, ate a bit too much since I was staying at the table listening to the conversation and, being fidgety wanted to do something with my hands so ate. Was happy that I could follow their conversation for ~1.5 hours. :)
Proud of myself for not eating chips or gelato when it was available. Reframing unhealthy food as poison, not food helps.
